Week 4 Results

We escaped the weather yet again! However, only 6 of 28 played to their handicap or better. Leading the way were the only two to beat their handicaps, Avram (Net 33) and Wiedrick (Net 34). Jeff managed to par all three of the par 3’s, but threw in a couple 7’s just to keep his handicap from dropping too much. Nice work Jeff.

We didn’t seem to have any problems finishing in the daylight, so good work by everyone. Still, please show up at least a tee time earlier than scheduled so you are ready to go if a group isn’t all present ahead of you.

A few of us headed to the Distillery afterwards for a celebratory beer or 3, and half priced apps. Most weeks, there’s at least a small group that heads out afterwards, so if want in, feel free to mention it during the round, or hang out at the last hole to find out.

Zup’s found a white and black Taylormade Ghost putter head cover on the course and dropped it off at my desk. If it’s yours, come grab it, or I can bring it to Thursday’s round.

Standings are updated and im adding a new subpage under results, with some stats if you are interested at all. Ill put more up once a few more round are in the books. If there is anything you would like to see added there, let me know.

I also encourage people to snap some photos or video to post on the site as well. While i do find various athletes gesturing "money" to be rather enjoyable, I think some images and videos from our own league would be a little more appropriate.
