Tee It Forward - Week 10

It seems like some of our male golfers are taking the Tee It Forward promotion from the PGA Tour to heart and hitting from the Ladies tees the past few weeks. In the Martin/Martin vs. Mueller/Cleland matchup, the players each had at least one shot off the tee that made it barely, or didnt at all reach the ladies tees. Bob, pictured above from a week ago, seemed relatively happy with his lie on this particular shot. Well done gentlemen.

Finally have some time to update the website, so go ahead and take a look around. Standings and stats are all up to date now.

We do NOT have league this week because of the 4th of July. Back again the week afterwards.

Team Wiemer/Devlin has been on a hot streak and took another 4 points to increase their lead over 2nd place to 2.5 pts.

TJ Knauf holds a slim 0.5 pt lead over Mueller and Devlin in the individual standings. Hopkins and House are tied for the women's lead with 5 pts each.

After being the last to gain their first individual point, Tom Weaver has been firing low rounds and notching 3 straight victories. His next opponent on his hit list is Bob Schaefer. Good luck Bob.

Team Hoerner/Hopkins again crushed their handicaps and took 4 more points this week. Its unkown whether Dan purposefully sandbags a couple holes to keep his handicap at a 12, but netting a 31 each week will surely drop that handicap each week. Nice shooting Dan.

Overall, most golfers have settled into their respective handicaps and everyone shot pretty well this past week. Hopefully a week off doesnt mess with too many people.
