Welcome back for another season of borderline average golfing in borderline average playing conditions!

The scorecards changed at the course, and after reviewing them versus our current handicapped holes, I decided to go with the new cards at the course for men's tees. They took the women's handicapped holes off the cards, and made the claim that they are all the same now. That is not true at all. Those handicapped holes would make no sense to use for the women's holes, so we will be using the previous years red tee handicaps for the ladies.

Scores were in the medium to high range this week, but everyone finished with plenty of daylight. Although, that was probably because no one wanted to be out in the cold longer than neccessary. Props to Patrick Hill for braving the weather in shorts. Crazy A hole.

Welcome back Avram! Fired a league best 42, along with three others (Zups/Schaefer/Murphy).

4 teams were shut out by their opponents this first week. Looked like team Mueller/Hanvey thought they were playing this week as a practice round. Too bad it wasnt, and definitely counts. They were smoked 4-0 by the law firm of Martin & Martin.

Thanks to Turner for printing out cards this week. I'd like to assign this duty to the same person every week, so if you think you're responsible and enjoy visiting parts of the office you normally wouldn't visit, let me know please.

There is an updated sub list on the website. It is filled with former league members, frequent subs and stab in the dark options. Let's try to keep the no shows to a minimum the rest of the year.
